What are some of the joys of having a large family? There are bound to be several birthdays to celebrate. Nothing is more exciting then celebrating a birthday of young children, though.
I had the pleasure of creating these two orders for a wonderful family and what better way to say Happy Birthday then with a Tangled Princess party. These cakelettes are topped with a tower roof cap and cut-outs from the movie. Under each cap is a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and pink sprinkles.

The second order from this family was to celebrate two wonderful children, born on the same day. No, not twins… cousins. Two amazing one year olds. These cakelettes were inspired by Mario Cart and the colors soften to reflect the age range.
The cakes are a combination of French Vanilla and Chocolate. Each is topped with cream cheese frosting and accented with a gum paste Mario Cart decor.
I am so grateful that I was able to assist in the celebration for such wonderful children. These cakelettes were so much fun to make.
